If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, the size doesn’t fit you or if the product has a defect, you can request a replacement or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase of your order, as long as the item is in an acceptable condition for resale. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges.
Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from newchampsocks.com, if you purchased at one of our resellers you should contact the reseller store directly. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
Items that are damaged as a result of long-term or improper use are not considered to be defective.
How to make a return
Before returning your socks please contact us with details of your return and order number. If you do not contact us before hand, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. At the end of the procedure we will send you a confirmation e-mail with more details. New Champ Socks do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
Any goods displaying “Ex Demo” are heavily marked down in price to clear. Ex Demo items may show signs of discolouration, which has some minor cosmetic marks which should wash out. Faults are NOT of a serious or structural nature and are usually minor marks.
